7. Game Fairness and Integrity

Any attempt to cheat, exploit bugs, or manipulate game mechanics to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. We monitor game data to detect anomalies and reserve the right to disqualify, suspend, or ban accounts found to be in violation of our fair play standards. The integrity of our games and leaderboards is paramount to the Arvethisquartz community experience.

 

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
